Experience

New construction 44,000 s.f. industrial warehouse built for best in class end tenant, ABC Supply Company, a national construction supply company with 700+ locations nationwide. The first transformative development in the City’s Fourth Ward in 40 years, this project is the first phase of a 5-acre brownfield site acquired from the City of Plainfield. This project created ten new permanent jobs, over one hundred construction jobs and catalyzed an additional 28M in investment in 90 units of workforce housing. This project was completed in December 2016.
