Experience

New construction 25,000 s.f. child care and educational center for best in class nonprofit Second Street Youth Center, a 50+ years old anchor organization in the City of Plainfield serving 300+ families in the community. This project resulted in high quality educational facility with 950sf classrooms for the organization’s Abbott funded program, 30 additional early childhood education spots in the City of Plainfield, 5 permanent jobs and 100 construction jobs and an urban farm for the school. This project was completed in September 2018 and was a recipient of the New Jersey Future Smart Growth Award in 2019.
